Heartland Activity Center

The Heartland Activity Center is part of the Heartland Church facilities. We are a mainstream Christian church, affiliated with the Christian Reformed Church of North America. Our purpose is to provide a safe, friendly environment for group activities. These services come from many sources: church, business, community, non-profit groups, private parties, and others.

Meeting All Your Needs

When planning the construction of our facilities, we asked ourselves and others this question, “What does Tracy need?” Two answers kept coming back: (1) activities for our children and (2) more meeting facilities. Our hope is to use our facilities to help provide a solution.

Heartland Church has 8,220 square feet of meeting space. With two larger assembly rooms and smaller classrooms, we can accommodate groups of a variety of sizes. We have two separate sound systems, video and projection equipment, and kitchen facilities that create convenience when using our facilities. Separate entrances and simple decorations help to create an atmosphere that compliments rather than distracts.

Fee Structure

We have structured a fee policy that we believe is affordable and convenient. Special consideration is given to large venues, repeat use, non-profits groups, private use, or community events.

The following is our current fee structure based on a per hour rate:

• Classroom - $15

• Activity Room - $30

• Worship Room - $50

• Kitchen - $10

The following are fees based on special events:

• Breakfast Meeting - $5/person (Continental breakfast)

• Birthday Party - $5/person

We can coordinate with caterers, rental companies, entertainment, and more. Deposits, insurance, and agreements do apply.
